Our Vision

Prepare, rebuild, and establish our youth, especially refugees and the underprivileged, ensuring that they are set for success in a safe and culturally sensitive environment.

Originally from India, Shaista is a passionate Muslim educator who has served as a credentialed teacher and principal in CA public, charter, and private schools for over 25 years. As an educational leader, she is an ardent advocate for equal access to tuition-free, high-quality education of the parent’s choice.

Her strong philosophy on imparting beneficial education and instilling moral values in children and youth through free programs is what resulted in the establishment of CORE, an educational and relief charity. Shaista believes that peaceful and flourishing communities are built with good education and righteous character.
